Mimosa

 

  • 3.0 oz Champagne
  • 1.0 dash Grand Marnier
  • 3.0 oz Orange juice

 

Pour orange juice into a large chilled wine glass. Slowly pour in the champagne, stirring gently. Top with a dash of Grand Marnier.

 

Orange Drop Martini

 

  • 2 oz Bacardi O (or orange flavored rum)
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 - 3 Drops Orange Flower Water
  • Sugar
  • Orange Twist
  • Glassware: Martini glass

 

Combine all ingredients except flower water in cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass with sugared rim. Drop or atomize orange flower water onto cocktail. Garnish with Orange twist.

 

Campari Orange

 

  • 1.0 shot Campari
  • 1.0 cubes optional Ice
  • 2.0 oz Orange juice

 

This is an apartif I had in Europe a lot. First you add the Orange juice to a glass, then the ice if you want. Lastly you add the Campari and you wind up with something that looks very much like a Tequila Sunrise, but definately isn't.

 

Sangria

 

  • 1/2 cup Brandy
  • 2 cups Ginger Ale
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup frozen Lemonade
  • 1/3 cup Orange juice
  • 25.0 oz Red Wine
  • 1/2 cup Triple sec

 

Mix all ingredients except ginger ale; refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale. Garnish with fruit, if desired.

 

Kir

 

  • 1.0 splash Creme de Cassis
  • 1.0 fill white White Wine

 

serve in wine glass or highball glass

 

Matador

 

  • 0.5 oz. Lime juice
  • 1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1.0 oz. Tequila

 

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

 

B-52

 

  • 1/3 shot Amaretto
  • 1/3 shot Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/3 shot Irish Cream

 

Carefully layer ingredients, in order, into a shot glass; kahlua, amaretto, then irish cream.

 

Sex on the Beach

 

  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 3/4 oz. peachtree schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. creme de cassis
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • Orange slice
  • Maraschino cherry

 

Combine all ingredients and shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled 10-ounce highball glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

 

Ginger Cosmopolitan

 

  • 2 oz Corzo tequila
  • 1/4 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 oz Cranberry juice
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Garnish: Fresh raspberries

 

Muddle ginger first. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

 

Modern Rum Punch

 

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1 part litchi
  • 1 part blood orange juice
  • 1 part white peach
  • 2 parts white cranberry juice
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 2 parts ginger beer
  • Garnish: half lemon wheel

 

Build up the drink by pouring ingredients into a highball glass over ice. Stir and garnish with half lemon wheel.

 

Rose Gimlet

 

  • 1 oz rose hip infused gin
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz rose water

 

Garnish: Rose petals ***to infuse gin, place 1 cup dried rose hips in 750 ml gin and allow to sit for several weeks in dark location, stirring occassionally. strain into final storage container. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float rose petals.

 

Mango Cosmopolitan

 

  • 2 parts Malibu Mango Rum
  • 1 part Hiram Walker Triple Sec
  • 1 part Cranberry Juice

 

Shake with ice, strain into martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Screw Driver

 

  • 0.0 cubes Ice
  • 6.0 oz Orange juice
  • 1.5 oz Vodka

 

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka, fill with orange juice, and stir.

 

Blue Hawaii

 

  • 1.0 oz Blue Curacao
  • 3.0 oz crushed Ice
  • 1.0 oz Orange juice
  • 5.0 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz Rum

 

Pour crushed ice into blender. Add curacao, rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice, and blend until smooth. Pour into beer goblet. Garnish with an orange slice, pineapple chunk, and cherry on a toothpick.

 

East Meets West (EMW)

 

  • 1 1/2 oz Armagnac
  • 1 oz Sake
  • 3 Shiso leaves
  • 1/2 oz Jasmin syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Ginger beer
  • Garnish: Mint leaves

 

Mix Armagnac, Sake, Japanese shiso leaves, jasminm syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint leaves. (Cocktail created by Cocktail Times Master Mixologist, Junior Merino)

 

Grasshopper

 

  • 2.0 oz whipping Cream
  • 0.5 oz white Creme de Cacao
  • 0.5 oz Creme de Menthe
  • 0.5 cup crushed Ice

 

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and cream. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Key Lime Martini

 

  • 2 parts Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 2 parts Stoli Vanil Vodka (vanilla flavored vodka)
  • 1 part lime juice

 

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain into martini glass.

 

Cactus Pear Margarita

 

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh cactus pear juice or puree
  • 3/4 oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
  • Garnish: Lime wedge
  • Rim: Chipotle salt

 

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a double rocks glass. Rim the glass with a chipotle salt.

 

Bourbon Lemonade

 

  • 2 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 1/4 oz Jim Beam Bourbon
  • Garnish: lemon slice (and mint leaves)

 

Combine sugar and one cup water in a sauce pan and boil until sugar is dissolved. Allow syrup to cool. Combine syrup with lemon juice and remaining seven cups of water. Fill tall collins glass with ice, pour bourbon into glass. Fill with lemonade. Garnish with lemon slice.

 

Mint Julep

 

  • 2.5 oz. Bourbon
  • 1.0 splash Club Soda
  • 3.5 oz. Club Soda
  • 2.0 each sprigs Mint
  • 1.0 tsp. Sugar

 

serve in old-fashioned glass

 

Rum Punch

 

  • 1/3 fill Cranberry juice
  • 1/3 fill Orange juice
  • 1/3 fill Pineapple Juice
  • 1.5 oz. light Rum

 

stir in highball glass

 

Irish Cream Cafe

 

  • 1/2 ounce Bushmills Irish Cream
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce hazelnut liqueur
  • 6 ounces coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon

 

Pour ingredients into a tall coffee mug. Top with fresh hot coffee. Finish with whipped cream and cinnamon.

 

Martini

 

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • Cracked Ice
  • 1.0 each green Olive
  • 0.5 oz dry Vermouth

 

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in gin and dry vermouth. Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an olive.

 

Ginger Cosmopolitan

Pour vodka into a beer glass one half to three-quarters filled with beer. Top with tomato juice, and serve.

 

Mint Julep

 

  • 2.5 oz. Bourbon
  • 1.0 splash Club Soda
  • 3.5 oz. Club Soda
  • 2.0 each sprigs Mint
  • 1.0 tsp. Sugar

Key Lime Strawberry Daiquiri

 

  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Island Breeze Key Lime
  • 2 tbsp. low-carb vanilla yogurt
  • 3 medium strawberries (approx. 1/4 c.)
  • Light whipped cream

 

Blend first three ingredients with 5 ice cubes and pour into a chilled glass. Top with light whipped cream.

 

Between The Sheets

 

  • 1.0 oz Brandy
  • 1.0 oz Cointreau
  • 0.75 cup crushed Ice
  • 1.0 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz Rum

 

Fill mixing glass with crushed ice. Add liquid ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.

 

Lady Be Good

 

  • 2 oz Classic 12 Canadian Club
  • 1/2 oz Courvoisier
  • 1/2 oz White creme de menthe
  • 1/2 oz Sweet vermouth

 

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

Manhattan

 

  • 1.0 each Olive
  • 1.5 oz. Blended Rye/Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz. dry Vermouth

 

Stir vermouth and blended whiskey with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve.

 

Purple Rain

 

  • 1.0 oz Gin
  • 1.0 oz Rum
  • 1.0 oz Tequila
  • 1.0 oz Vodka
  • 1.0 oz Chambord

 

Make this drink exactly like a Long Island (Chambord replaces Triple Sec, LemonLime Soda replaces Cola). You may also want a splash of sweet and sour to taste.
